Pylvos runs on a PC in your building. Your jobs, prints, certs and customer details are stored there, not on our servers or anyone's cloud.
One PC in your shop runs Pylvos. Everyone else opens it in a web browser on your shop's network.
Your license key, Pylvos version, shop name and the PC's IP address, so we can confirm your plan and offer updates.
Never jobs, customers, prints or files.
One file with everything, locked with a password you choose (AES-256 encryption). Keep it on a USB drive or in your own cloud folder.
Without the password, nobody can open it, including us.

Built in. Nothing to configure beyond picking good passwords.
Passwords need 8+ characters and can't be common ones. Five wrong tries locks that device out for 15 minutes.
Workers, supervisors and admins each see only what their role allows. Prices and costs stay with the people you choose.
Lockouts and every sensitive change (people added or removed, password resets, backups, updates) are recorded for the admin.
Backups are locked with your own password. A backup file left on a USB stick is useless to anyone else.
A one-time key you print and keep safe gets the admin back in if they forget their password. No email reset links to intercept.
The installer is digitally signed by Pylvos LLC, and Pylvos confirms each update is exactly the file we published before installing it.
We see the details of your license: your email and plan, and the daily check-in described above. That's it. Your shop data doesn't sync to our servers or pass through them, so we have nothing to lose, sell or hand over. Our privacy policy has the full list.
If the internet goes down, the shop keeps working: Pylvos runs on your own network, and the license check catches up when the connection is back.
Inside your shop, devices talk to Pylvos over your own network, the same way most shop equipment does, without the padlock you see on websites. Keep your shop Wi-Fi password-protected, and put visitors on a separate guest network.
Set it up this afternoon on a PC you already have. Free for up to 3 people.
